Frank C. Delaney is the quintessential servant. With an authentic love and passion for people, it’s no surprise that he has quickly become “one to watch”.

Though service is the heart of his ministry, Frank is much more than just a servant leader. His charisma, ability to go from vision to manifestation and strategic mind has made him an entrepreneurial force to be reckoned with. He is the Senior Pastor of Opelousas Life Church and the Well NOLA.  Along with his own church, he is the founder and visionary of WON, a network of prophetic churches and

people.

A proud graduate of Dillard University, Frank’s voice reverberates from God’s most prominent platform – life. He was licensed in ministry at the early age of 19 under the leadership of Bishop Lester Love (The City of Love Full Gospel Baptist Church in New Orleans). In 2010, he was ordained as the youngest Elder in the history of the ministry. Dr. Vanessa Battle orchestrated his prophetic affirmation in 2014 and he assimilated into the office of the Prophet.

Beyond the pulpit, he maintains a lifestyle of worship, philanthropy, and community inclusion. He develops innovative solutions to local problems in an effort to build kingdom and change lives daily.

In 2016, he created the Meals and Minds Mentoring Program where school-aged children (K-8th grade) have access to free tutoring and hot meals. For nearly a decade, Frank has facilitated a quarterly community development project called R.E.A.C.H., which focuses on restoring, empowering, activating, coaching, and healing those in society who have faced major devastation. He is also the Ambassador of Healthy Churches 20/20, Inc. as well as the Chaplain for YOUTHanasia Foundation, Inc.

As a trailblazer and innovative thinker, Frank is often sought out as an expert on leadership for the 21st century church. Dozens of ministries have been changed through his teaching, training and mentorship. Frank has received numerous awards and accolades due to his persistent and consistent work throughout the Southern region. Most recently, he was named Pastor of the Year ’13 by Preach World, Inc. and Man of the Year Prophetically 2014. In June 2017, Prophet Delaney receive an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Global Word Bible College. Frank has appeared on The Word Network, Access 20 New Orleans and is regularly involved with the media in his community. He is preparing to release his book entitled Triple Threat Power early 2017.
